1. Digital Product Policy

All of our courses, eBooks, PDFs, and resources are digital products. Once purchased, they are delivered instantly or within a short period. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

This policy applies to:

  • Paid courses (lifetime or limited access)

  • Downloadable PDFs, videos, and materials

  • Live session replays or class access

  • Bundle offers or discounted packages

2. When Refunds May Be Granted

We may offer refunds only in the following exceptional situations:

✅ Duplicate Payment

If you were charged twice for the same product due to a technical error or accidental repeat payment, we will process a full refund for the duplicate amount.

✅ Failed Delivery or Access

If you have completed your purchase but have not received access to the course or material within 48 hours, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund.

✅ Incorrect Payment Error

If a transaction fails midway and the amount is debited from your account without receiving product access, we will verify the payment with Razorpay and issue a refund if confirmed.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchase

  • You no longer wish to take the course

  • You shared your course access with others or violated our Terms of Use

  • You purchased the course by mistake but still accessed the materials

4. Refund Process

    • Payment ID or transaction reference

    • Reason for refund request

  • We will respond within 3–5 business days

  • Approved refunds will be processed through Razorpay and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment method
